Dear Tolerable Humans,
Hi. I'm Meech. I'm 2 years old, fabulous, and still not adopted-which is honestly wild considering my level of quiet charm and window-staring excellence. So now I am considered an overlooked pet - which again I must point out is just ridiculous if you ask me.
Let's get a few things straight: I'm an independent woman (cat) who knows what she wants. I don't need constant snuggles or emotional hand-holding-what I do need is a sunny spot, a few good snacks, and a wand toy I can dramatically ignore until I decide to pounce like a jungle panther. I show affection in mysterious, minimalist ways. I'll sit near you. I'll blink slowly at you. I might even tolerate your presence. That's love, baby.
Other cats? No thank you. This isn't a group project.
Small children? Also no. I prefer calm vibes and mature conversations about birds and cheese. Kids over 10 who get that I'm more aloof goddess than lap cat? We'll be cool.
Now let's address the elephant in the room: Why am I still here?!
I'm gorgeous, self-sufficient, clean, low-drama, and I never ask to borrow your phone charger. If I were a human roommate, I'd pay rent early and never leave passive-aggressive notes about the dishes.

The GTHS is open for adoptions from 12pm-4:00pm, every single day of the week and they would be thrilled to introduce you to me!
