Hello, world! My name is Opal, and I'm a pretty female tabby girl who's here at the shelter just waiting for the purr-fect human to come along and adopt me! All of my babies (six in total) are here with me--and we are all named after precious gems (we are precious furry gems)! So what's my story? Well, my family and I were found in a neighborhood with nobody to care for us, but luckily, a nice person brought us to the shelter where we would get the care that we need. I'm sweet and friendly, and I would love to be adopted with one of my kittens so that I will always have a furry friend and companion. I must be an indoor-only cat to keep me safe from the many outside dangers that could hurt me. Lots of toys, a friend to play with, and a comfy bed would be enough to keep me happy and content.
