If young, active and friendly is your type, Kane might be your perfect match! This devilishly handsome one-year-old is still full of kitten energy and charm. Confident and curious, Kane loves to leap and explore - and yes, he's been known to knock a thing or two off the table in true cat fashion! Kane LOVES his cat treats and will come running as soon as he hears the sound of the container opening. He's totally fine being picked up, though he won't stay in your lap for long-he has important cat business to take care of! He loves to play, especially chasing springs, balls, and wand toys. After all that fun, he winds down with cozy naps by the window or sprawled out on the dog bed - sometimes even with the dog still in it! Kane presented with having a heart murmur. The echocardiogram revealed a congenital heart defect causing the sound, which is of no concern and should not affect any of his activities. The only recommendation is to have a follow-up echocardiogram in another year. Kane is good with other cats, dogs and kids of all ages. Kane MUST have another friendly cat or cat-savvy dog in his new home to keep him company and match his playful energy.
Kane came to us as an owner surrender-his previous family was moving and threatened to put him outside. Luckily, a foster stepped up immediately to give him the safe, loving environment he deserves.
Kane is a social, energetic, and affectionate boy who's ready to bring fun and love to his forever home at last. Could that be yours? If so, don't wait-apply to meet him today!
As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. For example, if it is stipulated that the cat needs another cat buddy at home and you do not have one, you may not receive a response. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first come, first served.
