Whiskers is a beautiful girl who likes attention - do you have plenty to give her? Whiskers is only 1 ½ years old and loves to follow her people around the house, chirping and prrrttting looking for attention! After a bit of a shy start, Whiskers is gaining more confidence every day. She happily comes out to meet new people and loves to chat with them. Playtime is her favourite time! Whether playing independently with springs and balls or sneaking through the tunnel to pounce on unsuspecting wand toys, she is always up for a good play session. A very gentle girl, Whiskers is clean and good at using her scratching post. At night time, her favourite place to sleep is in bed with you. Don't worry about an alarm clock - Whiskers will gently wake you up looking for attention. She is working on her lap cat skills, but will happily stay for a few minutes now, purring the entire time. If you're working, she will put her paws on your lap meowing to remind you it's time to pay attention to her. Whiskers is good with kids, but dogs are unknown.
Whiskers was returned to us a year after being adopted because she did not get along with the other cat in her home. We believe that Whiskers would thrive in a household where she can receive plenty of attention, especially with a family or someone who works from home and is often present to keep her company.
Whiskers is excited to find her forever home where she will get all the attention she deserves. Of course, she will let you know if she isn't getting enough!
