Hi there, my name is Melo!
I'm handsome, sweet, and easy going. I am a 4 yr old pit mix, looking for my new fur-ever home. I had a hard start to life. I was found in Maricopa County as a stray that was under weight. I then found a wonderful family, but unfortunately their life changed and they could no longer keep me. They brought me here to the Humane Society and now I'm looking to get a fresh start with you! I have a PAWSitive attitude!
I am a little shy at first, but then I warm up to you. I love going on walks and exploring the parks here in Sedona at the Humane Society. I love to stop and sniff the flowers. I will need someone who will take the time to help me grow and learn to trust again. All the volunteers love hanging out with me and every day I get more excited about my future ahead.
I am a medium size boy at 50 pounds, but I'm on the shorter side. I have the sweetest eyes and a few spots strategically placed to deliver the ultimate in cuteness when I walk.
I previously lived with another dog, so if you have a friend for me, I would love to meet them when I meet you. I am fully vaccinated, fixed and microchipped so I am all ready to go!!!
