Meet Blanca! This gorgeous gal came to us as a transfer from a shelter in Indiana that needed our help. She is a REW (red eyed white) or Florida white and is working on losing weight after she was kept on a high fat/calorie diet. She is a medium sized rabbit at about 4-5 pounds although her ideal weight will be closer to 3-4 pounds (she'll get there!). She's sassy and playful and has an impressive dewlap! She needs time to warm up to people but once she does, she is very sweet and asks for head rubs. She would definitely be up for speed dating to find a bunny friend if you have a lonely male bun. Her ideal home environment will be a large pen with the ability to free roam as much as possible so she can continue to exercise and lose some more weight.
