Hey there! I'm Big Foot! I am a 1.5 year old, 97 pound, female great Pyrenees mix. I love people and have never met a stranger! I am active and need someone who can keep up with my activity levels. I am still working on my manners, but once I learn those, I'll be the perfect dog! I love to snuggle and cuddle, maybe even a little too much. I love adventure and would be a great dog to take on a hike. I am goofy, sweet, and lovable. Come by the shelter to meet me!
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $250 for puppies under 6 months of age and $200 for dogs older than 6 months. $150 for kittens under 6 months of age and $125 for cats older than 6 months.
