I am a male, black and white Terrier mix. I'm about a year and a half old and my foster mom says I'm the best boy.

Jedi is a medium sized terrier mix weighing in at roughly 40lbs. He is crate trained and house trained on a schedule- He knows some basic commands such as sit, paw, wait, place and enough. He loves going on walks; occasionally his excitement will lead to him grabbing the leash, but redirection and a firm no correct the behavior quickly.
Jedi is a very playful teenage pup who has a hard time understanding when play time is over which can lead to tension in his relationships with other dogs. For this reason we are suggesting Jedi be the only dog in the home, he can however have dog friends outside of his home that match his play style. Jedi can not be around cats at all!!
Like most teenage pups, he can be mischievous if not given enough mental stimulation to curb boredom such as kongs and enrichment toys. He loves all people! Occasionally, his excitement can lead to jumping but mostly he just wants to be in your lap. He has been around kids ages 2+ and has done phenomenal with all. When he is not around other dogs, he is a "go with the flow" type of dog; he can lounge, play, go for walks, etc. When he is around other dogs, he wants to play nonstop and sometimes needs help knowing when to stop and take a break. Jedi would benefit from being with a family that would continue his training as he loves to learn and is a very smart dog who is eager to please!
