Hi! I'm Meatball, a 7 year old, orange and white tabby boy! I weight 18 pounds and am currently on a diet. I get very nervous in new places so I may be a little shy at first. I am bonded with my brother, Parmesan, and we need to be adopted together. Once I get to know you, I am a super sweet boy! I love to receive cuddles and pets, and just being in the same room as my humans! Please come spend some time getting to know me!
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $250 for puppies under 6 months of age and $200 for dogs older than 6 months. $150 for kittens under 6 months of age and $125 for cats older than 6 months.
