Cecil is a laid back cat that came to us a few months ago in very poor condition. He required some extra time and TLC but we are excited that he is finally ready to find his forever home! Cecil would do best in a quiet environment where he can explore his surroundings on his own terms. He went to foster for a few weeks and really started to thrive so we know he has amazing potential in a home.
