Hello! My name is Petunia. I'm about 5 years old and weigh 55 pounds. If you're looking for a pup that shows you unconditional love and companionship, I'm the girl for you! I am very friendly, affectionate and eager to please. I am food motivated and love learning new tricks. I'm easy going, playful and loving. I will make a wonderful addition to any family!
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $250 for puppies under 6 months of age and $200 for dogs older than 6 months. $150 for kittens under 6 months of age and $125 for cats older than 6 months.
