Hello! My name is Pot Roast and I am the mama cat who had 4 babies and took on 2 orphans! I am a 4 year old, 7 pound, manx cat. I am a little shy, but SUUUUPER sweet! I love to give nose kisses and headbutts. I LOVE wet food and other cats. I don't love to be held, but I will sleep in your lap for hours. Will you give me the time I need to be a great kitty?
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet. ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $250 for puppies under 6 months of age and $200 for dogs older than 6 months. $150 for kittens under 6 months of age and $125 for cats older than 6 months.
