Meet Cecelia:
Cecilia is also a scaredy cat, but less so than her brother, Clarence. She takes a little more time to get used to other cats and dogs, but as long as they give her space, then she will warm up to both if they have calm energy. It is easy to make Cecelia comfortable with treats and wet food. She will eventually want snuggles and will greet you at the door when you come home. Cecilia would be best in a calm, low traffic home with no children. She would LOVE to be with her brother, Clarence.
