Lola is a very large 84 lb lab mix who needs to be an only pet. She's been spayed and is up-to-date on shots. She is on a medication to help with occasional incontinence when she rests. Lola is housebroken but needs her breaks at least 4 to 5 hours apart to maintain this. She has high anxiety that is controlled with plenty of exercise, so would probably do best in a home with a fenced yard to properly allow for this need.
Lola tends to resource guard so having other furry friends is not ideal. She wants her humans all to herself. Her size and anxiety makes having small children around a bit more complicated so we prefer older children only. Slow and proper introductions to new people is required with Lola. First initial greetings are scary to her, but after proper intros, she gives all the loves! She even smiles!
Lola needs a special someone who can work with her at her pace. She needs someone patient and willing to set boundaries and hold her to them...to learn her quirks and not be intimidated, but open to creating a special bond.
