Share with anyone you might know who wants the sweetest pup who happens to be deaf but wants to learn. Hermes needs an owner who wants to make a difference in the life of this young dog. He weighs about 50 lbs with long lanky legs. Do you know sign language or have a desire to work with a deaf dog? HERMES HERE! I'm still looking for the perfect family. Foster mom thinks I would do best as an only dog so I can spend all my time with you, playing with toys, learning to walk well on a leash, and learning new commands. I may like other dogs if introduced slowly - as long as they don't take my toys that I bury and hide around the yard and house. I love to learn and be challenged. I LOVE going for car rides and cuddling up on a couch or in bed. Foster mom has worked with me on leash walking using a slip chain collar. I sometimes get excited and try to bite ankles but can be redirected with food. I also like to counter surf so watch your food! I am so eager to find my furever family! Will you give me a chance? I am deaf but that doesn't stop me from learning and following directions. I look at foster mom for a yes to make sure I am doing the right thing. 😃 Foster Mom thinks a vibration collar will help me with my attention span. *I lived with a dog in the past and got along with him so I may be ok with another dog but I sure do love all the attention!
