Zara is a stunning 3 year old, 54 pound Belgian Malinois mix. She is back at SAAP and on the hunt for her forever family. She is an absolute sweetheart, a bit of a goofball, and she definitely knows she's pretty!
Zara is house/crate trained and good with kids. She is good with dogs but does play hard/wants to be the alpha. She is a hard no on cats/small animals, as she is true to her breed and has a prey drive. Zara is a higher energy girl, so an active home with a fenced-in yard would be ideal for her. She would be the perfect outdoors/hiking partner! Like a typical Belgian, she can have some "selective hearing" when it comes to training, but she is incredibly smart and picks up quickly- she just needs reinforcement and a job because she does not like being bored.
