Meet Melo Yellow! Melo Yellow has a sad story, she was surrendered to us along with Travis, Titus, Cassie and Todd from a vet clinic where they had been brought there to be euthanized. Seems they weren't needed/wanted anymore. Melo Yellow appears to have not had much contact with people and will require some much needed TLC. In the short time she's been with us - she has really warmed up. She gets very happy to see us now and she loves going outside. However she is shy and she really does not understand what a leash is and freezes up. She currently weighs 58 pounds and seems to get along with other dogs and cats too. We are recommending that she go to a home without small children due to the stress level for her due to her shyness and somewhere with a fenced in yard where she can get some exercise. She's going to need both house and leash training. Come meet Melo Yellow at the shelter today.

Adoption of a dog includes the spay/neuter surgery, DA2PPvL vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, Strongid wormer, and a Microchip. Dogs over three months in age receive a Rabies vaccination and dogs over six months of age also receive a Heartworm test.
