Hi my name is Sassy, but my foster Mom always calls me Sweet Sassy. I think that's because she says I'm more sweet than sassy. I love living with my foster family. Like, really, a lot. I love people and just want to be with them. I really like smaller people that my humans call "kids", they always like to play with me! I'm happy to hang out on my people's lap, or go for a run, or play fetch in the back yard, or pretty much do anything as long as I'm with my people. I like dogs too, they can be fun, but have I mentioned that I like my people?? My foster Mom wants to tell you some things now I guess...

Hi, I'm fostering Sassy and just have to say she is the best. She is the perfect combo of energy, low key but lots of fun if you want you to play. She gets along with dogs of all sizes, and can do well with cats if you know how to handle a dog and a cat in the same house. She really likes kids. She walks well on a leash until she sees a rabbit or deer, then she pulls, but we are working on that. She is house and crate trained, but since she likes people so much, I think she'd do best in a home where someone is around more often than not. She seems to get stressed if left alone for hours on end. She would be fine in a home with other animals, but does not need to be. She cares more about her people! Sassy is an easy great loyal companion who doesn't run away because she doesn't want to get too far from her people! =)
