Dislikes: Unfamiliar adults getting too close before showing him they're safe, wand toys (at this moment), being put in his carrier, being touched when he is unwilling, and being pet from above.
What would be the ideal home? A quiet and calm home that will respect his boundaries, with many places where he can rest and watch his people.
Good with other cats? Yes - gets along well with kittens. Would do well in a home with an outgoing cat. He loves playing and napping with them, and he's much more confident when there are other outgoing kitties around! He hasn't had any aggression, hissing, or angry swatting. He's really a great, patient, and sweet guy who loves his current brothers!

Personality: Papaye is a well-behaved and independent cat who loves observing the humans around whom he feels safe. Treats, patience, and respect for his boundaries are the way to get to his heart! He loves to show you that he loves you by giving you slow blinks (if you slowly blink back to him, he will keep slowly blinking at you for hours as long as you keep on going!), stretching towards his humans, making silly noises and talking to you, and showing you with his body language that he feels comfortable and safe!
