I find a lot of courage, comfort and happiness when kind people are around. You'll be able to see it. Noise and commotion here makes me feel stressed when I'm alone, I prefer it more laid back and quiet. I'm always happy to see nice folks, so talk to me and pet me for a few seconds at first, I'll roll over and show you my belly to pet and then get up and come to see you! I love hanging out with people! I will come up and rub against you and ask to be picked up to cuddle. You'll have no doubts that you are my person and that I adore you! I want to be held and carried around, I'm soft and squishy to cuddle and kiss, and love it! I'm very tolerant if young and inexperienced are a little awkward trying to hold me or carry me, as long as it's done with love it's fine with me! If it starts making me uncomfortable, I will just walk away. I don't seem used to toys because I have very little interest so far. I do love chasing a fuzzy ball, and sometimes a stuffed mouse, around the room! I can be persuaded to play with you and our wand toys if you will start slowly to get me going. Encouraging me to play will help build my confidence and make me even more lovable! You can find me down low in a quiet spot on the floor, so a comfy bed would be great to have there. I particularly love being in the raised bed by the window! I spend most of my time up off the floor, on a soft blanket on the furniture, or even high up on a cat tree or on a shelf. Since I don't play much, I have fun finding places to climb to sit up high. A cat tree for sure, and even cat shelves to climb would be perfect! I love them here! I must have been around cats before. I'm curious about the ones around me, calm and a little shy as I go right up to meet them. If they are friendly, I'll hang around nearby as we make friends. If they are hissy, or bossy, I will keep my distance from the drama. I gave up trying to get these girls to hang out with me, but I enjoyed having a male cat buddy for the few days he was here! It would be great if you would stay with me and pet both of us cats near each other, or have us playing with toys to have fun to break the ice. I've been picky about my wet food. Please experiment find some that I will love. I didn't like my Purina One food at first, but they mixed in some treats and I started eating it plain since then. You might find something I like better. I promise I'll do my best to be the best thing that happens to you everyday, just like you are to me!
