Tyson is a handsome 3-year-old German Shepherd who's hoping to find a forever home with someone who appreciates the loyalty and intelligence of this amazing breed. He came to Rochester Animal Control as a stray alongside his friend Tessa. Both dogs were microchipped, but when their original owners were contacted, they said they had sold the dogs and had no information about the new owners-leaving Tyson in need of a fresh start. Tyson is sweet, smart, and eager to bond with a person or family he can truly call his own. Like most German Shepherds, he'll thrive with structure, training, and an adopter who understands (or has researched) the breed's needs and energy level.
