While Sparky is a happy guy once he trusts you, he does take some time to warm up to new people. He can be reactive towards strangers and will need multiple meet-and-greets to build trust with potential adopters. ???? Due to his past experiences, Sparky does have a bite history, so he'll need an experienced owner who understands his needs and can continue to work with him on building confidence and trust.
