I've been here awhile...perhaps you've seen my online profile. It said something about how shy I am and my need for time to get to know you, and that I prefer to be your only animal. Yeah, all of that is true but now the folks here have decided to add to that info, and they gave me a new name.
So allow me to reintroduce myself. I am the cat formerly known as Bear but am now known here as Beary Sanders. I played hard-to-get as long as I could but I couldn't hold out any longer. Yeah, there was some great coaching going on. I didn't have anywhere to run to but I still made it hard for them to pin me down. And when they finally broke through my very solid defensive line, well, I don't want to brag but I saw some tears. And now that I'm actually approaching them you'd think they won the Super Bowl! I know I'm pretty fast on my feet but you'll need a slow approach with me. Give me time to get used to my new home and my new teammies and understand that I've retired from the field so will do best away from noisy crowds. I'll do best in a quiet home with fans willing to use a slow approach to get to know me.
One more thing, I am still considered a Special Paws (of course I am special!!) because I have some medical needs that must be tended to. I had prior urinary issues and am on a special diet. Because of this, my adoption fee is up to you. (Mind you, I am Beary Sanders so I think I am priceless...)
