Meet Bryce, a floofy, 60-pound, 3-year-old Husky mix. Bryce arrived at the shelter after being found running at large with two of his dog pals, embarking on what must've been quite the adventure. Though no one came looking for him, Bryce hasn't let that dampen his spirit. From day one, he's shown himself to be a sweet, social boy who's eager to connect and even happier when he's out in the play yard with room to roam.
He's got that classic Husky charm-bright eyes, expressive ears, and a personality that can flip from silly to soulful in seconds. Bryce keeps his kennel clean and has done well with most of the dogs he's met, showing friendly, respectful play manners. Whether he's bouncing around with a new buddy or trotting beside a human friend, Bryce radiates joy.
His thick, double coat is a showstopper, but it also means he'll need regular brushing to stay comfortable and healthy. Bryce is looking for a family that understands the grooming needs of a longer-haired, double-coated breed-and ideally one who's familiar with the lively and independent Husky temperament. He's clever, active, and occasionally stubborn, but with patience and positive reinforcement, he thrives.
Bryce has been neutered and microchipped, and he's up to date on his vaccines. He's also received a dewormer and is on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.
