Steve is an old gentle soul in a puppy body. He is almost years old and weighs 50lbs. Steve came to us from a neglectful situation, and we are so proud of the strides he has made in house training and trusting. He walks well on a leash and once he warms up to you, he is loves gentle rubs. He does enjoy his squeak toys, blanket and his treats. He will do well in a home that provides time for him to settle in. Steve had corrective eye surgery for a condition called entropia (basically their eye lashes rub on the cornea) but he is doing very well and all is corrected. He is neutered. Steve loves other dogs and has been in a home with 4, including a smaller dog. He has been around a small child, he is very gentle but also takes time to warm up and play.
