Hi, my name's Skip Junior! I used to run around my neighborhood as much as I wanted, and I came home when I wanted. Every kid's dream, right? Until one day I came home to nobody being home. My owner had left, leaving me to my wanderings without food, water or shelter. Despite an elderly man feeding me every once in a while, I was a puppy and couldn't fend very well for myself so I started to deteriorate. Once One Love caught wind of my situation, they snatched me up right quick, and got me feeling better again in no time! Now, with a whole year under my belt, I'm ready to find myself a new owner, forever this time. The ideal candidate is one who loves to play, and will also be patient and kind when teaching me things and how to overcome my fears, current and future. I need slow introductions to new dog friends because of my uncertain past, but have made friends with stranger dogs before with no trouble. I love all kinds of people, although I've never been around young kids. Cats are fun to chase, but I haven't been around them much other than that.
