True to her namesake, Athena is an intelligent, confident, and active dog. Her friendly nature shines through when meeting new people, often greeting them with an eager smile. She's sociable and generally happy to interact with new dogs and cats too. Smart and responsive, Athena already knows some commands and has kept her kennel clean. She finds joy in playing with balls, earning treats, learning new things during training, cuddling, and playing with her plush toys. Athena would thrive with an active owner who will take her on adventures and make her part of their social life.

All High Sierra Animal Rescue dogs are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate shots, micro-chipped, tested for heart worm, given heart worm preventative medication each month, and de-wormed.
