Getting to know LEAH, aka "Emma", less than 24 hours in her new foster home.
Leah is a scruffy terrier mix, about 30# and like all SAAP pets, she is spayed & up-to-date on all recommended vaccines & on heartworm preventative.
??For all the dental work completed yesterday, she sure was a bundle of energy when I picked her up early evening.
??Takes her meds like a champ with a dab of peanut butter
??Not food finicky & loving the post-dental soft food. We'll see if that changes next week when transitioning her to kibble
??????Baby gates are just low obstacles to be hurdled & vintage storm doors with weak latches are an easy nudge open to the inviting outdoors
