Warning... spend time with this pretty girl and you might catch the June Bug! And be careful because her cuteness is contagious!
June Bug is a sweet, tri-colored hippo mama with a passion for playtime. She LOVES her toys, and can entertain herself endlessly bopping around with her favorites. Her joy is infectious and you'll be smiling when you see her delight about a good stuffie or rope toy.
June Bug is also quite bright and engaging. She already knows how to sit, and is quick to pick up on new cues. She'll be a fetch pro in no time. She also seems like she is housebroken, as she almost always keeps her space at the kennel clean. On a day trip to a volunteer's home, she was overall well-mannered and respectful in the house. She was just happy to be part of the action.
June Bug would love to find a home where she can go for walks and have plenty of play time. In play group with other dogs, she was playful but could have a bossy style, so a meet with any resident dog would help to see if the personalities click. She's also quite comfortable soaking up all the attention from people for herself.
Miss June Bug is is estimated to be around 3 years old and weighs a stout 59 lbs.
