Scrappy is one lovable little dude! He wants to meet and befriend absolutely everyone he sees and soaks up cuddles like nobody's business. At around a year old he is still a little puppyish, but he has surprisingly good manners and listens well. He's primed and ready to be someone's new best friend.
Scrappy is a good-natured sweetheart. He is silly and has some energy, but is tolerant of handling and pretty easy-going while out and about. He walks well on leash, and seems like he could be housebroken. With other dogs in play group, he has been social and playful too.
