Meet Mickey, our happy-go-lucky good boy! Mickey is friendly and engaging, and he loves getting attention. He's a total people-pleaser and lights up with praise and affection.
Mickey is around a year old, so still a youngster. He has some energy but after an initial burst of gleeful excitement, he tends to settle down pretty well. Toys delight him - especially ones with squeakers! - and he is great at entertaining himself for a while. Mickey has also been playful with other dogs in our play groups.
Mickey may be a goofball at times, but he also has some smarts and manners already. He knows how to sit and takes his treats gently. He also seems like he could he housebroken as he usually keeps his kennel clean and does his business outdoors.
Volunteers who meet him agree: Mickey is an all-around nice dog and a fun time. He weighs 62 lbs.
