Sweet Nellie is ready to be your brindle bestie! Since she has been living in a foster home, we have learned a lot about her. For example, her favorite activities include snuggling on the couch, laying in the sun and playing with her toys. Nellie loves her people and her love language is touch - she likes being right on a lap or with her nose buried at your side.
Nellie also has some basic manners down. She is totally housebroken, does well being left alone during the workday, and sleeps well through the night. She is also a great car passenger. She already knows sit, paw, down, touch and is working on more. She is a stout and strong lady, but is working on her leash manners thanks to some training classes.
Overall, Nellie has a nice, moderate energy level. She enjoys activities such as walks or jogs around the neighborhood, and she loves playing with balls in the yard or stuffies in the house. But she can also settle down nicely to make a good handout buddy. Nellie prefers soaking up the company of her humans and would likely prefer being the only dog in her home. She will give you more than enough snuggles!
