Meet Hannah, a sweet and sensitive who is still coming out of her shell. Hannah has a quiet, gentle soul and the kennel is clearly pretty overwhelming for her. During calmer moments away from the kennel, we see more of her personality: a smart, pretty-easy going lady who will be so grateful to find a home of her own.
Hannah can come across as independent at first, but she really likes to engage with people. Butt scratches are the fast track to her heart! On hikes and walks in the park, Hannah has shown that she is curious but listens well. She enjoys a sniffari and having time to observe the world around her - perfect for porch hangouts and people watching. She is polite passing people and dogs, though she does perk up for squirrels. Plus, she consistently keeps her kennel clean so we guess she is housebroken. With other dogs in play group, she has been gently playful.
It's very possible that Hannah had a home of her own before and is missing the comfort and routine. She looks to people for reassurance and seems like she will bond closely with her humans. During a backyard hangout with a volunteer, she was so happy to hangout in the sun and relax with some friends. She is hoping someone will give her a chance - she has a lot of love to give!
Miss Hannah is estimated to be around 2 years old and weighs 57 lbs. Plus, how cute are her freckles?
