About Widow:
· Weighs 28.9 kg.
· A friendly, social girl who loves being with her people and included in whatever they're doing.
· Loves long walks, hikes, running, exploring, playing with other dogs, food, cuddles, and cozy naps.
· Affectionate, playful, and confident, with a great mix of adventure and relaxation.
· Knows sit, down, shake/paw, and "go to bed".
· Very food motivated and eager to learn.
Her perfect match:
· An active person, couple, or family who enjoys walks, hikes, and adventures.
· A home where she can be part of the family and get plenty of companionship.
· Could do well with another compatible dog, as she loves canine friends.
· Dog-savvy children 10+ who can respectfully interact with her.
· A patient home willing to continue helping her build confidence with alone time.
Some extra things to know:
· Widow is fully house trained.
· She is comfortable in her crate for meals, naps, and overnight, but is still working on being separated from her people.
· Continued independence and crate training will help her feel more confident when home alone.
· Currently on a gastrointestinal diet.
· May pull on walks and would benefit from continued leash training.
· Not recommended for homes with small animals.
· She is a little afraid of the dark and should be secured with a seatbelt during car rides.
