Meet Spike!
Spike came to Saint Frances Animal Center on December 6th, 2025, and he's been patiently waiting for his chance to find a family of his own. Spike is an incredibly sweet boy who absolutely loves attention and affection from his people. And just look at that striking blue eye-it's sure to make everyone he meets stop and take a second look! He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but once Spike has some time to warm up and feel comfortable, his wonderful personality truly shines. He's a loving boy who is ready to show just how special he can be. We have not had the opportunity to dog-test Spike yet, but he has certainly shown us that he loves his people. After everything he has been through, Spike is ready to put his difficult past behind him and start the next chapter of his life. All Spike needs is a loving, patient family willing to give him the time and reassurance he needs to come out of his shell. In return, you'll have a sweet, affectionate companion who will be so grateful to finally have a place to call home. All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
