Harvey probably has the best face & ears of any dog currently at the shelter! He has a serious face and an extremely happy face .
Pic #2 The "Tongue Out Tuesday" recipient is always an easy choice with Harvey around. Harvey is a happy dog and has a smile so big he can't contain his tongue.
We all love this sweet guy and hope an adopter will soon feel the same.
