Spark is a good boy who's had a tough life. He was picked up by Animal Control and his owners came in and identified him... they left him at shelter to get fixed and never returned. :( When you look through his pictures you can see the difference in his face when he's outside and with people. He's tired of the shelter and would love to meet you.
