Meet Clyde, Clyde is the best boy!
Clyde's hobbies include nature walks, playing with stuffed toys, and getting pets from his loved ones. Clyde came to us in 2023 and he has been patiently waiting for his forever home. Clyde would make a great companion dog and would make someone very happy. Being in the shelter for as long as he has is causing him to burn out, and while we strive to take great care of all of the animals in our care, Clyde needs someone to give him a chance at a happy life. We know that you wouldn't regret adding Clyde to your family. Someone, please give him a chance at a happy life.

Clyde came to us heart-worm positive. Since treatment he has tested negative. Saint Frances Animal Center gives heart worm-positive dogs a course of antibiotics. They then receive monthly heart-worm prevention, as any dog should. We recommend speaking to your veterinarian before adopting a heart-worm-positive dog. Heart-worm disease in dogs is a treatable condition, and dogs can go on to live a healthy life and make exceptional companions and family pets.
At this time, if you have any dogs at home, they must come to the facility for a meet and greet.
All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed, or neutered, up-to-date vaccinations, monthly heart-worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
