Hi, I'm Zeus! My friends here at Saint Frances Animal Center absolutely love me. I was adopted as a puppy and then found by a good Samaritan and brought back to the shelter as an adult. My owners never came to pick me up. I'm happy to get to spend time with my friends here at Saint Frances but I really would like to meet a family who will love me for the rest of my days. Zeus is heart worm positive. Saint Frances Animal center gives heart worm-positive dogs a course of antibiotics. They then receive monthly heart worm prevention, as any dog should. We recommend speaking to your veterinarian before adopting a heart worm-positive dog. Heart worm disease in dogs is a treatable condition, and dogs can go on to live a healthy life and make exceptional companions and family pets.
At this time, if you have any dogs at home, they must come to the facility for a meet and greet.
All dog adoption fees include the animal being micro-chipped, spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, monthly heart worm and flea prevention, and any required medical care while with us.
