Frannie has every reason to be sad BUT this girl refuses to lose her smile.
Frannie was adopted from Saint Frances almost 7 years ago. Her mom is very sick and unable to care for her sweet Frannie. Now she is back at the shelter looking for a foster, adopter or rescue group who will give her a second chance at a happy home.
These pictures show her beautiful smile & what a great time she recently had on Front Street with a volunteer. Frannie loved her day out and she deserves more days like this and less days in the shelter.
