Meet Alex! This young Dutch/lionhead mix was transferred to us (along with his siblings Jesse and Jordan) from another area shelter that needed our help. The three rabbits were living together and fighting which caused Alex to get his ears injured. We are very glad that they are with us now and are safe from dangerous situations. He is a small rabbit at just about 2-3 pounds and is roughly 4-6 months old.
Alex started off extremely shy and nervous but has turned into the sweetest and cuddliest little guy while he's been in his foster home! If you are looking for a buddy while you are working from home, he is your guy! He will jump on your lap asking for pets or do binkies beside you while free roaming in his play space. His foster says: "He will be such a good companion for someone! The sweetest boy ever!"
Alex is looking for a quiet and low-stress home and we think he would do well with a spayed/vaccinated female rabbit friend to help him feel safe. This little guy is ready to put the past behind him and start to live a happy and fun life! His adoption fee includes microchip, RHDV2 vaccination and neuter surgery.
