Meet Sandy, an adorable 11-month-old chihuahua. She is an affectionate, energetic, playful and curious pup. Nothing makes her happier than cozying up next to you for cuddles. Sandy is settling into her foster home like a little pro and already claimed her favorite spot on the sofa!
