Hello World! I am so happy to meet you and want to tell you a bit about my precious self.
My name is Murray and I know it. Because I try to be a very good boy, I almost always come
when called. On these chilly mornings, I appreciate my warm jacket (aren't I cute?). I know
how to walk on a leash with my collar or harness. I love going for car rides in my kennel
from which I sightsee and snooze. I sleep about 10 hours at night, don't cry and don't
relieve myself in my kennel. I am working on being "house broken" and make daily
progress. I currently live in a foster home with two adult super dogs who daily teach me all
things a good dog should know. I have several favorite toys and games but my favorite is
"Tag - You're It" which I play at top speed with my foster sister. But by the end of the day, I
enjoy cuddling with my foster Mom as we watch TV. I do love a good cuddle!
I was brought into the shelter as a malnourished 6 week old stray and I had pebbles in my
tummy. Ouch! I also have a heart murmur and had to travel to the big city to see the Cardiologist.
When the cardiologist checked me out, he found I have "a moderate
pulmonary valvular stenosis" - in plain language, a moderate heart murmur. The vet said I
can do anything any other puppy can do and I have lots of energy. I'm believed to be
primarily Yellow Lab and will have a DNA test soon, so we'll know for sure. I'm 10 weeks
old (in early December) and I have been neutered. All I need now is a loving home
with kind people who want to have fun! Could that be you? I sure hope so. Call the shelter
to meet me. I can't wait to meet you!!
