Hi, I'm Brutus-a 69-pound American Bulldog with a tender heart and a big goofy side just waiting to shine. I can be pretty nervous around new people and unfamiliar places, so I'm really hoping to find someone patient and kind who'll give me the time I need to feel safe and settle in. Once I trust you, I turn into a big ol' baby who loves nothing more than squeaky toys-I'll run around like a goofball, squeaking away and playing keep away with the biggest grin on my face. I get the zoomies and can be a pretty rough-and-tumble kind of player, so I'd do best with someone who can match and appreciate my playful energy. I love being outside, exploring with my nose and eyes, always curious about the world around me. I'll lean right up against you when I want attention, and I'm always happy to follow you around-especially if you've got treats! I'm house trained, kennel trained, and while I can be a little stubborn sometimes, I'm also full of love, charm, and a belly rub-loving spirit just waiting for a home to call my own.
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
