I may seem a little independent at first-I like to take my time getting to know new people-but once I've had a chance to settle in, you'll see how deeply I bond with my person. I know my name and will come to you when I'm ready, especially if I spot you from across the room. When I first came to the shelter, I was pretty scared, but I've made a lot of progress and I'm starting to show more of my sweet, affectionate personality. I'd do best in a calm, quiet home where I can adjust at my own pace-no chaos for this old lady, please. I've got great manners and would thrive in a home with a medium activity level. Daily walks are my favorite way to stay limber and happy, and afterward, I'll happily curl up beside you for some cozy cuddles. My adoption fee of $90+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
