Hey future family! I'm Jennie-a 78-pound bundle of Shepherd and Labrador mix joy! I've got the silliest and spunkiest side just waiting to shine. Sometimes I need a little boost of confidence to come out of my shell, especially when it comes to toys or new experiences. I get a bit spooked and unsure at first, so I really appreciate when my humans keep things light, positive, and encouraging. Once I warm up, though, I can get pretty enthusiastic-I'm what you'd call a "mouthy" player and I don't always realize how big I am, so I might accidentally bump into you (or knock over tiny humans in my excitement!). Being outside is one of my favorite things-I love exploring the world with my nose and soaking up the fresh air. When I'm not adventuring, I'm all about the snuggles. Butt scratches? Yes, please! I'll happily lean my whole body into you for some love. Because I'm a big, active girl, I'm looking for a home that has the space for me to stretch out and a family that enjoys being on the move as much as I do. If you've got a soft spot for goofy girls who just need a little extra reassurance, I think we might be a perfect match.
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
