Hi there! My name is Nala Bear, and I'm a 62-pound terrier with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. I'm super sweet and affectionate, always ready to rub up against you for pets or cuddle time. Squeaky toys are my favorite-I love carrying them around like treasures! I absolutely adore being outside, especially playing in the snow, and I'd love to go on lots of fun adventures with you. While I could use a little work on my manners, I'm kennel trained and potty trained, so I've got a great start. After I burn off my energy, I'm happy to lay down by your side and relax. I've lived with cats before and did great but I would prefer a home where I am the only canine! I absolutely love peanut butter sandwiches as a little treat. I do have a tendency to be very protective of my family so if you are considering adopting me, I need to meet everyone who would be living in the home with me so I can be familiar with the people I would see everyday! I also need at least two meet and greets with my potential family to help build my connection and trust with everyone. Sometimes I can be a bit hesitant when meeting new people so slow introductions and multiple meetings will help me out so much! I'm a big fan of belly rubs and cuddles! I'm all about soaking up affection xoxo. I also love a good game of tug-of-war. If you're looking for a loving and fun companion, I'm your girl!
My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society.
All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
