Meet Paisley! A 59 pound, 3 year old, female, Shepard mix. This gorgeous girl absolutely loves her people, it won't matter if it's mom, dad or the kids that Paisley decides to follow around, she'll be a cuddle-bug with anyone. Paisley will be put a smile on your face with her sweet sprite and lapdog antics.
Paisley also has her adventurous side, loving her walks and going to new places. Paisley can get a little nervous on car rides, but as long as she as someone to cuddle with and rest her head on their lap, she'll do great. Especially with the promise of a pup-cup. Paisley would do great in a home as a solo dog, as she prefers to not share the affection.
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
