Check out Yeti! Yeti is a 3-month-old female Great Pyrenees and Lab mix. She's currently around 25 pounds and is expected to grow into a very large, fluffy companion. Yeti is outgoing, cheerful, and ready to make friends with everyone she meets. She loves people, enjoys other dogs, and brings a joyful, goofy energy wherever he goes.
Yeti is playful, affectionate, and happiest when she's close to his humans. She's still learning her puppy manners, but she's eager to please and picks things up quickly.
Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
