Blast is a bright, affectionate, people-loving pup who brings energy and warmth into every room. He's the type who greets you with a full-body wag, settles in close for cuddles, enjoys being told he is handsome and always seems to know when you need a little extra love. Whether he's trotting proudly on a walk or showing off his goofy doodle grin with his bouncy floopy ears, Blast radiates pure happiness.

Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance
SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.
ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
